(No offense to Utahns - I love you, just not the dry weather, the lack of trees, and this idiotic bill)
Why am I upset now? Well, according to Deseret News, Utah has passed a bill that now prevents public schools from teaching about contraceptives and requires abstinence-only education. That's right - the bill doesn't just allow parents to have their kids opt out of sex ed - it actually prevents the school from teaching about anything other than abstinence.
